Parrot

This piece was commissioned in honor of a six year old boy named, Caleb. He used to pretend he was a bird and wrote a poem called “Bird,” which is sandblasted on the front of the stone. While I was carving this sculpture, I found a small crack in the stone. This caused me to carve another for my clients. This original one is now in front of my house.
